Bed at 9pm and yoga at 7:30am. Check. It felt so good starting the day at About Balance in Brighton with my friend, Holly. I can tell you for a fact it felt a billion times more amazing than waking up and seeing other people's Instagram photos of this! My day doubled in length and I achieved so much more than I would normally. Effie's class included a good portion of breathing exercises and vinyasa flow/hatha style yoga as well as a good lengthy savasana!
These classes are probably the most affordable yoga classes in Brighton. For £10 you get four 1-hour sessions of yoga with a well trained yoga teacher! That makes it £2.50 per class, what a bargain. Their yoga studio is fully equipped so with the absence of my own yoga mat I can easily walk to and from class - doubling up my exercise for the day! Check here for more class times.
d. vinyasa - breath-synchronised movement creating a flowing yoga sequence.
d. savasana - the relaxation stage of a yoga session when the body is in corpse corpse and the breath is long and deep.
