This was a healthy day! Drinking all the water I should be drinking, taking time to do yoga, and eating the most delicious food. Breakfast was fruit and super foods like: maca powder, chia seeds, bee pollen and goji berries. Lunch was a simple chicken salad with a raw cacao and almond smoothie. I am slowly refreshing my yoga and learning more about the moves since I have been doing it in my living room. I felt really grounded after this - it's a nice reminder when you feel life is getting crazy that you can chill, take a breather and eat some good food. Going back to basics is so simple but I think we complicate things. If we sleep well, eat well and move well we are going to feel good! No anxiety, no stress, less wired, more grounded - it's easy we just have to remind ourselves.
