The best thing about today was kicking off the week with full power and setting the tone for the week. I spent the morning prepping meals for today and tomorrow so that I would steer clear of the rubbish food and avoid even being tempted because I have my healthy food ready to save me. Today it worked. For breakfast I had smashed avocado on pumpkin Biona bread with a boiled egg and and chilli sprinkles - delicious, then headed to university.
For lunch I had quinoa with smoked mackerel, coriander and lots of lemon juice (I LOVE lemon) and brainstormed ideas for this blog! I think it will constantly evolve and change but I have many ideas and want to start a YouTube channel soon.
I have signed up to Ballet and Hip-Hop dance classes and am SO happy to be dancing again. I used to dance a lot and have missed it so much so getting back into it is a dream. I had both classes this evening with a few lovely girls from the same uni #girlsquad haha. I love meeting new people and London is great for this. As you can see it definitely got hot in class and getting my skinny jeans on after 3 hours of dance was...well...

Getting my body moving again and breaking through procrastination felt really good, and as they say 'do more of what makes you happy' !
